Each expecting family hopes for a positive birth experience. We want that for you, too. As doulas and educators, we get that some women will only want their husband/partner or other family support in their birth. We get that birth is a very personal and transformative experience and you should be surrounded by people who make you feel safe, supported, and who are ready with knowledge and skills to comfort you through a wide variety of scenarios. You get to make your team, and we will help prepare everyone!
While many support people have the desire to meet a woman’s needs in labor, they often feel unsure of how to fully do that and many end up “winging it.” But what if there was a way to make your birth better? You see, most people are very unfamiliar with birth, and realistically shouldn’t be expected to just know what to do without education, practice, and tools. We can help in this way! Comfort Measures are our thing.
